Reheating instructions for holiday catering

Please follow these Reheating Instructions to serve your perfect Thanksgiving meal!

All baked at 350 degrees
 

You will need:
¼ cup water for: Honey Glazed Ham & Oven Roasted Turkey
¼ cup milk for: Cream of Spinach


Tip: If you have a thermometer, check meat temperature to 165 degrees.


Oven Roasted Turkey Breast: Pour ¼ cup of water in pan. Cover the lid. Bake for 20-25 minutes with lid on. 


Ham & Glaze: Pour ¼ cup of water in pan, pour glaze on top of ham. Bake for 20-25 minutes with lid on. Take lid off & bake for another 5-10 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
 


Main Courses:  Leave lid on, bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.  

-Oven-Roasted Salmon 

-Crab-Stuffed Flounder 

-Seafood Brodetto 

-Ciconte’s Crab Cakes 
 

Green Bean Casserole: Simmer mushroom mornay sauce in pot on stove for 5-10 minutes, over medium heat. Pour mushroom mornay sauce on green beans in pan & bake for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with frizzled onions.
 

Candied Yams: Take lid off, pour glaze on top & bake for 15-20 minutes.
 

Bread Stuffing -  Leave lid on, bake in oven for 20-25 minutes. (remove lid towards the end of the bake for a crispier bread topping).
 

Sausage Bread Stuffing -  Leave lid on, bake in oven for 20-25 minutes. (remove lid towards the end of the bake for a crispier bread topping).
 

Yukon Mashed Potatoes: Take the lid off & bake for 30 minutes. (Check the center and stir to evenly distribute heat.)
 

Vegetable Trays:
Roasted Harvest Vegetables
Stuffed Mushrooms
Sauteed Broccoli Rabe
Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Bacon
Take the lid off & bake for 15-20 minutes. (For mushrooms: Check temperature to 165 degrees.)

 

Cream of Spinach: Add ¼ cup of milk in pot, bring to a simmer . Add cream of spinach in same pot, stir occasionally, return to a simmer until thoroughly heated.

 

Soups & Gravy: Pour into a pot on stove & heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until soup is at desired temperature.
